We are the data controller for that information. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers, expiry dates or security codes — these are handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. We do not collect special category data (such as health data), and you should not send it to us.

We only send marketing email where you have opted in, or where you have bought from us and we are contacting you about similar products under the soft opt-in rule. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect transactional messages such as order confirmations and dispatch notices, which are necessary to perform the contract.

The website is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Access to customer data is restricted to those members of our team who need it to do their job, protected by individual accounts and strong authentication. We keep records of processing, review our suppliers, and have a procedure for identifying and reporting a personal data breach to the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours where the breach is likely to result in a risk to individuals.
