Our hair extension range is built around the three things clients complain about most: shade mismatch, weft shedding and a fitting method that damages natural hair. We stock a graded shade card so that colours step evenly rather than jumping, we favour double-drawn and double-weft constructions that hold their thickness towards the ends, and we stock several attachment methods so that fine hair is not forced into a system designed for coarse hair.
Each listing states the attachment method, length in inches, weight in grams, texture, shade reference and whether the piece is suitable for heat styling. Where a product can be coloured or toned, we say so, and we recommend that any colour work is carried out by a qualified stylist on a test strand first.
Extensions are a considered purchase, so we would rather answer a question than process a return. Send us a daylight photograph of your hair and we will tell you which shade we honestly think matches, including when the answer is that none of them do.

Wash with a sulphate-free shampoo in downward strokes, supporting the attachment points rather than piling the hair on top of your head. Condition from mid-length to ends only, keeping conditioner away from bonds and tapes, which can slip when softened.
Press excess water out with a towel rather than rubbing. Dry the attachment area first on a cool to medium setting; leaving bonds or tapes damp for long periods is the fastest route to slippage and odour.
Use a heat protectant and keep tools at or below 180°C. Repeated high heat degrades the cuticle on any hair, human or synthetic, and shortens the usable life of the set considerably.
Plait or loosely tie hair before sleeping and use a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction. Clip-in sets should be brushed through, dried fully and stored flat in the pouch supplied.
Extensions are a cosmetic accessory. They do not stimulate hair growth and they cannot treat hair loss. If you are experiencing sudden or patchy hair loss, please consult a GP or trichologist before fitting any extension system.
