Accepted payment methods

All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP, £). Retail prices include UK VAT where applicable. The full amount payable, including delivery, is displayed before you confirm your order.

We do not accept cash, cheques, cryptocurrency or gift vouchers issued by third parties. We do not offer credit, instalment or "buy now, pay later" arrangements of our own.

How your payment is protected

Encrypted end to end

Every page of this website is served over HTTPS using TLS encryption. Payment details are submitted directly to our payment service provider over that encrypted connection.

PCI-DSS compliant processing

Card payments are handled by a payment service provider certified to PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest level of the card industry security standard. We never see, transmit or store your full card number, expiry date or security code on our own systems.

Strong customer authentication

Card payments are subject to 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check). You may be asked to confirm the payment in your banking app. This is a requirement of UK and EU payment regulation and materially reduces fraud.

Fraud screening

Orders are screened automatically for indicators of card fraud. If an order is flagged we may contact you to verify details before dispatch, or cancel and refund it in full. We would rather delay a genuine order by a few hours than allow a fraudulent one.

Billing, invoices and VAT

When you are charged. Payment is taken at the point the order is placed. If we cannot fulfil an order, or a line is unavailable and you choose to cancel it, that amount is refunded in full.
Statement descriptor. Your card or bank statement will show a descriptor referencing 2wantis2have. If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact us before disputing it — we can usually identify it within minutes.
No recurring charges. Placing an order does not create a subscription. We do not store card credentials for future use and we never take a repeat payment without a new, separately authorised transaction.
Receipts and invoices. An itemised order confirmation is emailed immediately. Trade customers receive a VAT invoice as a PDF with each consignment; retail customers can request one at any time.
Currency. We charge in GBP. If your card is denominated in another currency, your issuer applies its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee that we neither set nor receive.
Pricing errors. If a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
